Her first single "See No More" was realesed at $0.99 and flopped. So, I guess the label, Hollywood Records, didn't want the 2nd single flopped thaat hard and they discounted more
That's not a iTunes promo, it's because of his label
It's not new from Hollywood Records, they also put "Skyscraper" at $0.99 when it was realesed but then it was at the normal price, $1.29
