A rational person can see that there is a huge problem in solving rape crimes. Rape isn't as simple as innocent until proven guilty!!!!!!!!!! because historically men have used (and still use) their influence to silence victims.

And? So because of that it should be guilty until proven innocent? That is not how the world works. What if instead of rape she accused him of stealing? What if she said Luke stole 20 million dollars of Royalties from her?
