Besides "BTW", lead single from anticipated artist who hadn't released anything in nearly a year, there hasn't been a moment a single has been premiered at the Grammys and did well for you to suggest this. And you are wrong anyway. Grammy effect, and most other award shows, wear off soon. Most don't even have much of an impact, bar a few songs, and this year the ratings were at their highest. You can research the articles following Grammy weeks to see all the songs declines if you'd like. I won't do it since I know this stuff.
You were extremely pessimistic about it debuting at #1, and though we can't see the future, I halfway say you'll be wrong again.
