Most of my friends are actually at Uni, so when I'm at home I don't really have friends

Ugh. I randomly checked out this guy I used to be best friends with in middle school that I had a huge crush on and basically confessed it to and he ended up disowning me and we never spoke again but he's been my Facebook friend for like 4 years and I sometimes check up on him. He's in college in NYC and I haven't seen him since middle school. He used to be a local model back then or something like that. Anyway, he is FINE. There's never anything on his Facebook, so I looked him up on Twitter and found his account. And he is 100% without a doubt gay. I mean, he uses the word "basic" all the time, stans for Katy Perry, was into theater, and just if you saw him, you would know. He's a million times hotter now and I want nothing more than to confess my feelings for him even though we haven't spoken in like 6 years.  Life is so unfair.
How creepy would it be to follow him on Twitter if there's no link or mention of it on his Facebook?

So he was a bitter closeted that stopped talking to his bf cause of his repressedness? 
If I was you, I wouldn't check for him not even in another life, sorry.

In hindsight, yes. I mean, he was way more feminine back then than I ever was. Our friendship was really weird. I was the awkward kid with no friends, and he was the popular kid who was friends with everyone. He befriended me and helped me become 'popular' and less awkward. I was really weird and overly friendly back then, though, so that might have deterred him, too. But yeah, I told him I liked him or thought he was cute the previous day or something like that on AIM ( ), and he quit talking to me after that.
That's kind of what I'm thinking, but I'm so torn. I mean, nothing would ever come of us talking, unfortunately, considering the distance. And then the likelihood of us being attracted to each other is slim, too.

Well, if you desire to do it, at least try an approach at this point. In six years a lot may have changed and there's a (tiny) possibility that he repented of his (mean) move and now he has another mentality, you never know till you verify it yourself
