How I think things are going to go down tonight.

It opens with Wren's dead body with John in shock, so he rushes to the Cortez to find out who the Killer is. Either March or Sally show him something that leads him to realize that it was himself committing the murders the whole time, with help from Wren, March and Sally. Either he has multiple personality disorder, or he somehow just forgot when he was the TCK.

It'll show the backstory of how John made it the Cortez, IMO he was there long before "Checking In", and March took him under his wing. I also believe that The Countess kidnapped Holden because she knew that John was the TCK the whole time, and either wanted to bring Holden to the Cortez for John, or for Holden's safety. Donovan has something to do with this whole thing as well, though I'm not sure exactly what.

I think by the end Liz will join Ramona, Donovan and Iris in trying to kill the Countess. Dono will ask Liz if she wants to become a vampire like them, but Liz refuses. Also I'm expecting either Scarlett, Holden or Detective Hahn to be the final dead body by the end of the ep.

I don't think we'll get an Addiction Demon/Sally backstory until later in the season. That would just be too much good tea for one episode
