They told me it was my router so I replaced it and it still doesn't work properly.
And then they wanted to charge me a 60 dollar service fee for coming to fix the broken internet connection that I'm already paying them ungodly costs for in the first place.
I said no ma'amT!
The operator on the other end of the line couldn't take me and finally knocked the charge off of my bill.
I'm at home for fall break. At school, I get 80 Mbps speeds. Here at home, I'm supposed to get like 12 Mbps but it is soooooooo slow.
