Unless Ayu goes under some drastic image/sound change I don't see her sales ever spiking up again.
At this point it's just her core fanbase that are buying her albums. Her time has passed and this new generation has Kana Nishino now, sad but true.

Ayu has already established herself as one of Japan's greatest so it's not like she has to sell large amounts to prove herself anymore. The same can be said for Utada & Namie.

Agreed. I'm happy HEAVEN did pretty good with current sales of 245,000. I think eventually she will reach about 300,000 - 320,000 copies total which is pretty good.
