Because it isn't a official single in the Netherlands. One radio station loved it, so they decided to play it. Obviously they're waiting for a new single which she ain't release yet...
Believe me when I say, that quite possibly the next great hit on this album is Heaven. Its been a while since a purely heartfelt, sad, sad song about death was on the radio, where everybody could connect to lyrically and which just helped u dealing with struggles. I truly believe Heaven could be a hit around fall.

Im just stating my opinion. The song would definitely be a song they would play in the radio, its beautifully written and the most important thing: The way she performs Heaven is just GOOSEBUMPS everywhere. It shows a different side to her that most people dont really get to see and her shouts at the end of heaven make people melt. I really believe it could smash with the right timing of releasing the song and performing it.

I think she should release Mine next/I hope she does. Drake is what's hot right now on Urban with trophies, and look how well her other collab DiL did.
Mine could become another decent sized hit tbh, though they might have to release a radio-cut because of the beginning.
Guys, I already proved my ability to predict Beyonce and her success when the entire Hive was a wreck longing for something new from King B. Blow isn't immediately catchy and it's not in the top 1500 on iTunes. No one's talking about it. I'm not sure why people are so deadset on it being a single. It's a great song but the radio edit will cheapen it and I don't see it doing well on urban or pop.
