Only a few shows for the Born This Way Ball were counted towards 2012's numbers. More exactly, the shows she played between April and June. The $52M came mostly from the album, single sales and perhaps a few Monster Ball shows.
80% of the total shows of the BTWBT were counted towards 2013's numbers. That's why it shot up so high again.
The artRave was completely counted towards the 2015 numbers ($59M).
Next year, she'll have almost nothing besides a few C2C shows, Versace (if it still goes on) and some new music (if she eventually releases something until the end of May).
But considering how much singles contribute to income, I'll say we should expect her to drop pretty hard next year on the list..
