I wish the Middle East, Caribbean, and Africa had music certification systems or at least some official-charts-esque Music cataloging site. ST hasn't left the top 10 (top 2 in some cases) of most of those iTunes charts since its release. She MUST be over 5mil, if not closer to 6 worldwide.
