If we're talking competitively then it should be Aegislash but it just doesn't feel like a pseudo

Dragonite / Tyranitar / Salamence / Metagross / Garchomp / Hydreigon / Goodra are the pseudo legendaries in chronological order.

Pseudo legendaries all have 3 stages and a 600 base stat total in their final form. Most have at least one immunity(all, factoring in sap sipper Goodra), and most (not just Hydreigon) have a crippling 4x weakness (only Metagross and Goodra don't). And having pokémon in their respective gens which may be stronger or have better typing/abilities doesn't take away their pseudo legendary status - all of them except Dragonite and Tyranitar have been considered UU at some point.
