How do you know 'Never Let U Go' wont be the second single for the CD? It very well could be.. I don't think RTW is a promo single, there is no reason it would be...

Because they were sent to him, not because he had exclusive tea. Kim Burse (Beyonces right hand) said they are readying RTW for a live audience, I doubt shes moving on and leaving the song behind.

'Never Let U Go' in my opinion sounds like single material, a lot of times artists will send their second track to radio a week or two before the cd is released, it's common practice.

No, he does not. When he gets something he does not wait to leak it, he leaks it RIGHT AWAY because everyone who listens is putting money in his pocket through clicks. He would have leaked that **** the moment he had it in full if his tea was legit. Furthermore, the fact that he gets PAID for leaking other peoples music means it'll be that much worse if he ever gets caught.
