My major question is if TTWE continues to own radio, and was the only Femme Fatale song to recieve effective promotion -- why is it still in the high 100s, mid 200s...and not in the near the Top 100 like other (lessor) songs on iTunes??

Palms Rain performance, Jimmy Kimmel, Good Morning America, Billboard Music Awards, Good Morning America (Nicki Minaj performed the remix), So You Think You Can Dance commercials, and promotion generated from End of the World rumors from that wacko psychic that caught on. Not to mention the remix.
