1. Can you custom ur page without ATRL+

2. you can currently fill your page right now with a background or will it change with the new atrl and
be similar to facebook were you have a cover image

the customization options weren't really available on the beta before. we could only add a banner to our profile.

the ATRL+ stuff is coming with this update.
