I agree, But i'm not sure flawless will have chances if released later especially since urban radio is already playing it and i don't see them dropping it and waiting till it gets officially released.

That might be a wrong move,debuting a brand new single at an award show knowingfully well that she's not going to promote it else where.The sales effects at awards shows usually wears off very fast.So unless she has other performances planned,I think it'll be safer to perform an "old song" like partition.

Lol why is Beyonce performing Partition at Billboard? By then it'll have little to no radio airplay. Drunk In Love was still getting over 1M radio when she performed. We have a month left and this is already almost negative.

I say release Blow now to all formats. In a month it'll have decent enough radio power for her to perform it. I really don't think she ever intended to make Partition a single.
