Single: Shakira f/ Rihanna - "Can't Remember to Forget You"

No shade at all, but shakira isn't really a legend  the only song that I've ever heard from her is Hips Don't Lie, and I rarely know that song 
and don't say I must live in the country because I literally live smack dab in the middle of NYC, which is the biggest sight in America.
Hopefully this gets me interested in her though, and I can become more educated as to who she is, because honestly, she's not really relevant anymore, I guess you could say

That's cool, but she really does have a strong presence in Europe and Latin America. I'd say you should look more into her discography, you may be pleasantly surprised.

Shakira is considered a legend in some parts of the world (mainly in Latin America, the middle east and some parts of Europe), but she's become completely irrelevant in another parts of the world like the UK, Australia and Japan. so yeah...

Just because you don't hear her topping the actual charts doesn't mean she's not a legend, the world is far bigger than a suburb from NYC, many people in America need to get educated about music genres and international artists, just at least check her Wikipedia, at least.

I need the official video to come out on the release date, not the lyrics one  . I mean who even uses lyrics videos? Most of them are tacky. And the official video was recorded at the beginning of December so there's no way it is unfunished or something. Or release both, lyrics & official

I'll have to disagree in regards to Australia, Shakira is in the top 10 best selling albums of the past decade with Laundry Service, every single from that album was a smash in here, her last mega hit in Australia was hips don't lie. She Wolf wasn't release in here for unknown reasons, same with her last album, but everybody here knows her very well and recognize her power as a Latin superstar.

gurl. Just bcuz u dont listen to her music doesnt mean shes not a legend.. Shes the first latin woman to have a #1 song on billboard hot 100 shes the only latin artist that is known all over the world.. She has sold over 60Million her last 2 tours reached the $100M shes a latin legend. Shes an icon.. Shes shakira theres a lot of latin gurls who wants to be like her.. But they cant. Shes the latin queen.. K?

A woman who changes music trends in Latin America with her own unique sound which wasn't so popular in those countries because tropical music reigned back in the day, is a freaking LEGEND.

Lately she may be very inactive, I mean even in the US, but certanly this time she's claiming to be acknowledged again.

She's actually had multiple sold out concerts in NYC within the last decade during her las 3 world tours. she just had a huge sold out gig in Bryant park for her Tmobile partnership. There was even a wax figure of her at Madame Tessauds wax museum, I'm sure there are many legends you have not heard of, but just because they haven't reached your ears does not mean they are not legends.
