And there's 3 more sections in the lower level in light blue, and one in the upper level is no longer dark blue also.
This is what i was talking about the other day, flop cities like Phoenix take long to sell out but always do (or almost). Not all the cities are like NYC or LA.

I just checked to make sure you didn't have the 'Resale' switch on...... you didn't
This date is like 4 months away though, I'm sure its going to pick up once the tour starts. Also the ARTPOP Zone VIP package is available again, so I guess that person didn't buy it.
