I've grown to like it a lot more over the years, back in Gen 3 days I thought it was gutter trash. Now.. it's pretty cool. Decent stats, nice design, ok movepool. And electric types in Gen 3 are almost non-existent so she has that going for her! She is kinda subject to the power creep tho, which hampers her usability... unless you want to use her mega. I think her mega is disgustingly ugly though, so I'll keep playing her in low tiers.

It is "one of the best among the electric types" for I'm JAVIng Fun. Considering the only other electric thing this gen were Plusle, Minun and her pre-evolution... congratulations on the title. Conversely, Phresh calls it "one of my least favourite electric types." You two should fight. Finally, AbeHicks leaves a message, "To the designer of this tragedy: Don't feel bad! A lot of people don't have talent."
