Those aren't nominations, they're submissions (her label submitted them so they can be chosen for a nomination). And yeah, I'm guessing they submitted for her but nothing got nominated.
Maybe it's a good thing she waits. All the other artists can have their fun now with new releases, but Ke$ha will come back with heaps of anticipation when everyone else has already had their fair share in the spotlight.

I Just dont know why she couldnt of released 1 or 2 more singles of Cannibal,
Sleazy, Cannibal or The Harold song would of made great singles!

I think if Ke$ha won a Grammy, then the average music snob's reaction is not gonna be "oh, Ke$ha must be a somewhat good artist then, Imma check out her music", it's gonna be more like "Omg, I knew they were going downhill for the longest time, but I didn't know the Grammys would stoop THAT low, wtf?!"
It would give her a little momentum, bring her back to public attention for a few days. But that would be about it I think. It could help her to be taken more seriously in the long run for sure, but short and intermediate term it probably wouldn't change anything for her.
