It's very difficult to get sufficient omega-3 fatty acids from diet alone, so keep taking the fish oil.
A multivitamin is only useful if your diet is poor, though, so in that sense the justification to take one is very much a case-by-case basis.
However it's worth noting that the UL (upper limit, or limit at which a given vitamin or mineral is toxic) for most nutrients is much higher than what most people will consume even with supplementation, so even if your diet covers all the essential nutrients it wouldn't hurt you if you took a multivitamin.
