If you pre-ordered, I think it's safe to assume your stuff got lost in the mail as it's now been three whole months since the album's release. Most online sellers really do not like disgruntled customers and I'd bet a simple email would be enough to secure you a) a full refund, b) replacement copies, or c) both.

Anyway, I guess this interview confirms (again) that we will in fact be getting a tour.
