I didn't interpret it that way, I still think he's talking about himself and how huge 20/20 was going to be since he was basically the sole producer.
That person told him basically that he wasn't taking over and he's saying "Say that I'm not taking over again after next week"... He's the TOP producer right now, he produced an album that's opening with almost a milli in the US. That's what I think he's saying
