Your missing the point. Lana's impact was felt upon the entire industry. Even Beyoncé's videos for the album are reminiscent of Lana's work. The impact was undeniable.

I never liked ARTPOP to begin with. It's too constrained and sterile as an album. Even if in some parallel universe it smashed I still wouldn't pretend I liked it, unlike the Kats shamelessly did with Dark Horse

Uncle was a buzz single, and the reason why Gaga hasn't done much promo lately is because nobody wants her.
She was promoting in the beginning of the era, with Applause, but then she was paid dust by everyone.
i don't know how long you've followed pop music, but that's not how it works. Gaga decides which promo slots she does, not the broadcasters
