How do you guys stay positive? I'm trying to surround myself around only positive energy to have less stress on me for school, friends etc.
I only think about the good things, and i try not to worry about anything in the future. It's hard but yeah. I'm just trying to live each day as one. And i try to learn from mistakes i made so i can turn everything bad that happened in something positive, idk it's hard to explain!
But whenever i get a bad day all the worries come back and i would get depressed, but i always get back up and just kinda forget about everything.
I don't stay positive, I'm always so stressed out and I don't know how to deal with it.
I'm a person who gets stressed out fast too, but you know for example, we have 4 exams this friday,and then next week we have 6 i think. Normally i'd worry about next week, but i'm just focussing on this week right now and the rest comes after.
But some amount of stress is good for me because otherwise i wouldn't study at all loool

And I don't mean 'just' stressed, the mood swings I talked about before are probably partly caused by this...
How I deal with it is wrong though. I do something else and try to ignore what is stressing me out.
But usually in the end, that only makes it worse...
