Well it cant be jordin, i dont even know if shes gunna have a tour since shes with Alicia keys on her tour, but why would she need dancers if she were to start touring, she doesnt, her album is not dancy at all.
And it cant be Ciara,like some said above shes already had auditions.
Cant be Alicia cause shes already on tour.
That just leaves Britney, so who knows

Jive's major female artists are Britney, Ciara, Jordin Sparks and P!nk. And you can count lil' Mama, too.

How do they make people think it's Britney? It's just an advertisement and the only thing they mentioned is "This tour is for a major female recording artist". Actually, it's Jordan from BH who claimed that it was Britney.

Well its either Britney or Ciara.
Britney's is the most possible. I mean a small tour for a major recording artist. Of course they wouldn't send her out on a huge tour. They'd want to start off small, then if its successful, with a re-release of "Blackout", they can expand it to a worldwide tour.
Ciara is 50% possible, considering she's already had some auditions in other states, and this could very much be more states for her tour audition.

EXCLUSIVE: Britney Returning to How I Met Your Mother

Britney Spears is returning to How I Met Your Mother, a source tells PEOPLE.
“The show is ecstatic and so is Britney,” a source said. “She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.”
The singer/actress will do one episode, the source says. Fox studios would not confirm the appearance.
Spears, 24, appeared on the March 24 episode, playing a receptionist at a dermatologist’s office who fell for one of the show’s main characters, played by Josh Radnor. She received wide accolades for the spot.
“She was hilarious in the table-read, and I got to see her do the run-through as well, and she was great,” cast member Jason Segal said. –Jennifer Garcia, Nicole Weisensee Egan and Lisa Ingrassia
