Britney doesn't have to show us anything. It's up to her whether or not she wants to promote the hell out of her music and put more effort in her career in general. And clearly she doesn't care enough to put the kind of effort you guys are asking for. She's going to do what she wants and that's the way it is. At this point I don't care if she flops since she has nothing to prove, and she's done competing with other pop stars. All I want is for her to have full control of her career, and can make the music she wants.

As far as Brit goes I'm pretty sure we will have the album out 4th quarter 2012. I'm pretty sure RCA will keep those 4th quarter releases with Brit from now on. She did say she was taking a small break. In that break she will record music and stuff. Also that guy (the IWG, Criminal) director said he had a part for her in his upcoming movie. With her also looking a some scripts, so it's not like she's gonna be taking another Circus-Femme Fatale break.

People need to STOP SAYING THAT.

You DO care if she flops. She is a POP STAR. Her objective is to SELL.

NO PROFIT = NO BRITNEY SPEARS.

It does matter if she succeeds. It does matter if she puts in effort. It DOES matter if she takes her career seriously.

She cannot afford another lackluster era or her fans are outtie....and if Britney doesn't have people buying, then her career is outtie too, which ultimately means NO MUSIC.

she would have nothing else to prove when she will be 65 and she has released 20 albums.... if madonna has to prove then brit also has ....she is 30 she must have passion for what she does ....the pitty thing is that we know that she is capable of a lot of things ...thats why is hurting us the other way

Anywayz, she may be the closest thing, but she's not Madonna - and not even Madonna operates like Britney's been doing, so that's hardly an excuse.
