In my defense I never train my Pokémon.
They don't have held items, other than Amulet Coin, they never received a single Protein or whatever not a single Super Training.
Besides I always use repelent so the only power they got is from the NCP I defeat throughout the game.

About time since I got 5 Shiny Female in a row.

Eh, that's one of the down side of having too many Shiny. (I think I hit over 100 Shiny pokemon probably last week) It wasn't like how it was when I got my first shiny but it's nowhere near where I'm like, "Yeah, ok. PC you go". I still get excited when they are from either RE, SR, MM, & FC. The PR makes it obvious that you are about to encounter a Shiny but I still enjoy getting a Shiny.

Try the 3-star restaurant, they're all at lvl 63. Or the Sushi High Roller, they are higher leveled than the 3-star one, but I don't remember the exact lvls, maybe 70ish.

PC is where the storage boxes are at

SR is Soft-Resetting.
RE is Random Encounter.
