The Japan Hot 100 incorporates airplay which is pretty irrelevant in Japan. I wouldn't look at it too much. If you want to see how Crystal is doing digitally you can look at the recochoku charts.

No. Mya, the American singer. Y'all know ha right? She had a bunch of hits in the US in the 90's/2000s and then she flopped and now releases albums in Japan (which are quite good tbh)
Havnt listened to her older work but I was addicted to her album "ONE" when it came out
