Momo transformed that basic choreo into truly something else. Not everyone (Lisa) can do that with the limitations.

The things you brought up were nowhere to be seen except for body (which is a nonfactor imo) and maybe stage presence but hey, if you can get your kiis from that then good for you
Sure she's recognised and famous for her visuals but she doesn't get nearly as much love than some of the other members.
She needs that fast hard-hitting choreo to cover the fact that her true ability is unimpressive.
