Okay, I'm kinda disappointed in Jessica mini. She spent all this time on her music, I didn't check up the lyrics yet but the beats are so general and could have been given to anyone, like litteraly everyone. There is no signature sound.

I don't know if anyone feel the same like me. But oh well.

Episode 2 On BEAST vs CUBE:

Previously CUBE announced a BEAST comeback for the summer, and later on it has been confirmed by BEAST members that they are working on new music but for their Japanese label.

Now, Hyuna & Yoseob both had a schedule, Hyuna was on TV show really well received by Korea, and CUBE has been posted all about this all week long, Yoseob was FUMING and send a little message to CUBE:
"A yo, Cube? How have you been? Today, I sang with Jo Soo Mi-sunsaengnim. It looks like you didn't know, so I'm leaving a comment♡ Have a nice Friday!!!!!"

This mini-album confirms what I've always thought… from the start to about 2011, Jessica was probably in charge of SNSD's initial sound, because I can hear all of these songs being done by pre-IGAB SNSD… but, yeah, since she has a fashion company to run, music probably wasn't a priority. She still needed to get the itch of singing off of her chest. If she really tries next time (if there even is a next time…) she'll probably be more hands-on with the music as well… I'm just glad she had a say in the lyrics, because that's what's important with music like this…
