Well now I have figured out Billboard counts another video streaming source besides just Vevo to tabulate the publication's Streaming Songs Chart. "Uptown Funk" has 4.9 million On Demand streams and 7.8 million Vevo streams, which adds up to 12.7 million streams. UF had 16.9 million total combined streams for the week. This means that like Spotify is the primary, but not only, On-Demand streaming source, Vevo is the primary, but not only, Video streams source.

BTW Notorious B.I.G.'s "Hypnotize" debuted on the Rock Streaming Songs Chart at #4 this week (???) . I tweeted Gary and Silvio to ask why lol. I love the song, but unless there is a new remix I know nothing about, the song should be on Rap Streaming, not Rock!
