DOLLY PARTON RELEASES NOT THROUGH LOVING YOU VIDEO
Dolly Parton has released her sultry video for her single, “Not Through Loving You”. The video which had to air on websites we can’t mention in polite company showcased Dolly dancing and twerking in paint. Unfortunately, that is about as much as we can post in this article about that.
Dolly, who recently admitted that the entire meltdown was a publicity stunt is mortified now that she is watching the video back. While a younger crowd is perplexed that someone who could be their grandmother is apparently awesome, it has left people who grew up listening to her more than stunned.
When asked to comment about the release of her racy new video all Dolly could muster was, “Please buy Twerking 4 Jesus on iTunes now. It’s an exclusive release and I am mostly proud of the record.”
Fans have helped the album to climb to # 1 several times since its release, despite that tough competition from other acts that have also released albums this week. Dolly also added in, “If you are too poor to buy Twerking 4 Jesus, you can also buy Not Through Loving You the current single.
So there you have it fans. The disturbing chain of events from Dolly this week have left the diva speechless and with an album title that has everyone scratching their heads.

Every song on her 'Coven 13: The EP' was performed, some serving as interludes rather than full performances but every song was included in the set. She begins to reminisce before being sent to the hospital, thinking back to the events that led up to her getting sent to the hospital. More downtempo songs like 'Losing Touch', and the collab 'Gunshots' are performed here, along with a cover of Beyoncé and Jay Z's ' On The Run'. Azealia Does Surprise Performance on Jimmy Kimmel

Tonight on Jimmy Kimmel, Azealia Banks appeared to perform her hit song Vibes as well to do an interview with Kimmel himself. The appearance on the show was unexpected as it was only announced after photos leaked of Azealia at the show. Due to this, hype for Azealia's appearance was at an all time high and before Azealia's appearance was even announced "Azealia on Kimmel" was trending for 3 hours.
For Azealia's performance on the show, the crowd did not know Azealia would be appearing on the show as it was unannounced until audience members leaked her appearance after the taping. Kimmel said that they would have his band doing a special performance for the airing, and the audience seemed unamused and uninterested. However, when Azealia Banks came out and began performing Vibes, the crowd went wild and they were so loud you could barely hear Azealia. In response to the excitement from the crowd, Azealia stopped before singing past the first line and just smiled as the audience cheered and got excited. After about a minute of Azealia listening to the crowd applaud and looking back and forth at Jimmy, wondering what to do while the crowd went wild, Azealia began to perform the song without interruption. Wearing an outfit from Dolce's new line, Azealia was owning the stage and the crowd clapped and sang along with Azealia. After this exciting performance, Azealia did an interview with Kimmel.
Q: Nice to have you Azealia Banks! Was it crazy to do a surprise performance like that?
A: It really was! I am so happy the audience was here for it too. It would've sucked had I got out there and the audience just looked around like "who's this bitch?" you know what I'm saying? Haha.
- Q: You mentioned in an interview that you plan on releasing your second single in the next few weeks. So have you decided when and what single you'll release?
A: I have not decided YET what single I'll release but it will be killer and you'll love it. I'll release a promo single with the release of my album next week, just to get more hype out, you know? But I don't want to release an official single before the life in Vibes dies. I want to at LEAST get Vibes platinum if not double platinum.
- Q: Nice to have you, Azealia Banks everybody! Everyone at home, go buy Vibes on iTunes and her Vibes Remix EP! Everyone in the audience though, don't worry because we got you covered! Under everyone's chairs is a copy of Azealia's Vibes Remix EP! Goodnight everybody!
*Jimmy's band then plays a rendition of Vibes*

Azealia Appears on Dr.Phil

On the latest Dr.Phil Azealia Banks appeared to talk to girls about living in an abusive home. Along with this, clips were shown of Azealia going to an orphanage and performing for the young girls there. "Beaten, Abused, But She Rises" was the headline for every bit of promo done by Dr.Phil to make it known Azealia Banks was going to be appearing on the television program. Great ratings, the episode gained 6 million television watchers and 3 million views on the YouTube promotional clip that had Vibes playing over it.
At the start of the episode, Azealia Banks sits down with Dr.Phil after a long and gracious introduction giving a backstory on Azealia's childhood abuse. Banks is seen wearing Chanel half black half royal blue dress with a zipper down the front center. With clunky black Louboutin heels designed by Christian Louboutin himself and Azealia wearing a bob, Azealia began to strut out and sit down with Dr.Phil. When Dr. Phil asked Azealia what it was like to live in a home like that Azealia said:
"It was hell. I felt defeated and empty inside. I didn't know where to go and had nowhere to turn to. Hip hop was my escape. I rapped and did rhymes for anyone that would listen. It was the way out of there and I'm glad I found something that wasn't as destructive as some of these other young girls out there are doing. I want them to be able to find their talent and be able to succeed at that so they can show who's boss, which is why I plan to build a school for young girls. Also why I went to the girls' orphanage and talked and sang to them, to tell them that they can succeed."
After the interview, Azealia is seen going to the girls' home where she talked to girls about their talents and did activities with them. Also, along with this, Azealia performed her song Vibes for the children as they all clapped along and enjoyed Azealia's music. After Azealia being shown at the orphanage, Azealia answered audience questions on abuse and what to do. Critics praised this episode and Azealia as being "A side of Azealia we haven't seen before." Everyone in the audience went home with a copy of Vibes by Azealia.

Azealia Builds School

In her Dr.Phil interview, Azealia Banks stated she would build a school for young girls and she did. Wanting to better the life of young girls and provide them an outlet for success, Azealia teamed up with the producers at Dr.Phil to build a school for these young children. The school has been under construction since April and just finished today. The school is expected to be able to hold up to 3,000 students.
The school is built for all girls to be able to succeed to their fullest. Azealia helped first hand with the building of the school. So far, the school has 2,000 students enrolled for the upcoming 2014-2015 year. Grades K-12 can all be housed inside this school. Built in Los Angeles, construction workers claim Azealia checked on construction of the building daily to make sure it fits her satisfaction, so that each of the girls that attend the school will not be disappointed.
Named Azealia's School for Girls, the school house will open in September for students to attend. Rumors are circulating that Azealia will perform at the opening of the school for the students and parents. The Vibes singer also bought each construction member a copy of her latest single Vibes, in payment of helping her build the school.

Taylor Swift does the Pitchfork Music Festival

The annual Pitchfork Festival concert festival was held today in Chicago, Illinois to a huge turn out. Over ten thousand people showing up for the weekend long event. Artists from every genre, known or not so known were all the event. Artists like Sky Ferreira, Solange, Marc DeMarco, and more were all apart of the lineup today where over thirteen artists performed. But perhaps most of the turnout came for the headliner of the night, American popstar Taylor Swift who recently has become of Pitchfork's favorite darlings, her last two albums being critically acclaimed by the publication. Her album 'Coven 13' delivered rave reviews in general, Pitchfork calling it "dynamic" and "powerful". On her 'Coven 13' EP the publication again was very positive around it. "Swift's songwriting and vocals grow with every album as she heads in the direction she desires to in life. Whatever that direction is, it's turning the star into an innovative pop star which is lacking in pop music today" Pitchfork said about the EP in a review published early Tuesday morning. Swift came on to the stage around 8PM central time where she delivered a full concert set for the fans. Swift opened with first single released this summer, 'Psycho'. A video montage introduced the performance as the stage was in complete darkness. It featured Swift in a blue gown, where she seemed to be a mental patient. The lights were bright as Swift stared into the audience. her blue eyes looking fluorescent with the bright white lights in the isolation box she was standing in. "Insanity. Insanity is often the logic of an accurate mind overtasked, I once heard. Maybe that was what was wrong with me. Maybe I wasn't insane at all and I'd return to my old self. But I'm not entirely sure if that's a good thing or not. Insanity? What do I know about it? I learn people go crazy, not because they are crazy…. but because it's the best available option at the time. And I think I have no other option…" The montage then ended as the screen cut off and rays of light poured out from the floor of the stage in a triangular formation. Swift popped out of the stage, wearing 70's retro attire, Swift wearing a Sportmax white top and Sportman stripped bottoms. Swift topped off her look with some Alexander Wang heels, her hair straight with extensions over her shoulders. Swift then sang a full on setlist of nineteen songs for the record breaking audience, the crowd being ecstatic for the pop singer. Swift performed the exact same setlist as on her Electric Princess Tour but replaced the video montages and interludes with alternate versions as she stripped the full blown performances down to just performances with her and a mic (or guitar). The highlight of the set was 'Gunshots' where Zendaya joined the singer on stage who's been promoting the song with her.The set was a success as it was aired on FUSE TV and other music outlets. The festival was also streamed on YouTube as well.

Zendaya & Taylor perform on Live With Kelly & Michael
A little bit earlier today, Zendaya and Taylor stopped by Live With Kelly & Michael show - which airs on ABC right after Good Morning America - to promote their latest collaborative single "Gunshots" which was released couple of days ago. Girls performed an acoustic version of "Gunshots" and they didn't bring back up dancers or live band with them. Of course, just as everyone probably expected, both Zendaya and Taylor rocked this performance as they mostly focused on showing off their beautiful voices. Speaking of their beautiful voices, they perfectly matched each other and created some kind of perfect harmonic feeling in the studios. After they performed their song, both girls walked off the stage and joined show's host to have a little chat with them.
Host: Oh, what an excellent performance! It's a pleasure to have you on our show, thank you for visiting us! So, we've heard that "Gunshots" music video is coming up soon... When did you shoot it? And what it's about?
Zendaya: We can't really tell you what it's about, and not that we really want to tell you that, because we want to make a little surprise for you all. It's something special, and it's something that I'm looking forward to. We shot it couple of days before we released the single, because we wanted to make sure everything's ready, since we are so busy this week and we wanted to shoot the video while we still had some free time. It has a strong connection to the meaning of this song, and I think that we perfectly channeled the meaning of this song. This video is really interesting because, once again, I think everyone will be able to relate in someway.
Host: When we heard "Gunshots" the first time and when we actually tried to find meaning of those lyrics, we failed. What is this song about?
Taylor: This song isn't about certain someone or something, because anyone can relate to it differently. For example for one person it could mean something that happened with, well, um, parents or my friends or whatever, while for other person it'll mean something that happened with his boss. Like I said, anyone can relate to it differently.
Host: What are three things that you like about each other?
Zendaya: Oh, three things that I like about Taylor would be... Her ability to be a good friend. For example, once I had a friend who would always listen to my problems and promise me that the secret will be safe with him, but behind my back, he would tell all of my problems and secrets to everyone else, and he would laugh at them. By saying "good friend" I mean that she can keep a secret just between me and her if I ask her to do that. Also, I have no idea how she does that, but I like Taylor's ability to walk out of gym wearing high heels and dresses and still look fabulous with perfect make-up and no sign of sweat on her face. And the third thing I like about her is that she is super punctual and she always does everything on time. She even makes me do things on time as well, for example, when I refuse to leave my bed in the morning and go promote our single, she just comes to my hotel and literally makes me get out of my bed in couple of seconds. Don't ask how she does that, she has her own ways.
Taylor: The perfect way to make Zendaya leave her bed is to splash just a bit of water on her face.
Zendaya: A bit?! You literally throw a bucket of water on me!
Taylor: Well I have to do something when we have a TV show appearance in ten minutes and you refuse to go! Anyways... Yeah, three things that I like about Zendaya? She is super fun and such a jokster, spending time with her is so fun and cool! My cats love Zendaya and, I don't know, my cats suddenly become more happier when Zendaya's around, so that's definitely one of the things that I like about Zendaya. And plus, my cats approve her, so that's really amazing. And Zendaya is a perfectionist, literally, when she does something, she has to do it as perfect as possible. Even if her new album is finished, and it's perfect the way it is, I've heard it, but she still locks herself up in the studio mostly every night and tries to make it even more perfect, if that's even possible.
Zendaya: Hey! You used to do the same thing with your EP, "Coven 13" when we were shooting "Gunshots" music video!
Host: Speaking of your EP, Taylor, which is out at the moment, is really good and I, personally, love it!
Taylor: Yes, my new EP, called "Coven 13" is out at the moment, I released it couple of days ago, it's available to purchase on iTunes and Amazon. And thank you for your kind words, I worked really hard on it.
