It depends. If you did something in the editor it can corrupt the save or if you use the an apostrophe in album names or track names it can corrupt the save as well.

So now I have to start a new game? I was having fun because Azealia was being a total mess, with ha EP and singles being complete flops, then ha interviews largely decreasing her popularity and sales ( ) and then not being able to complete her album.

After TLC drops their next album, I'm dropping them. I'm also considering dropping Crosses (they sell albums like crazy, though), Alex & Sierra, Tegan And Sara (I JUST signed them, though) and Natalia Kills. I ended up signing way too many artists, but I can afford it. I just added $300 million to my $250 million within a few months. I make money so fast that I can just blow it on random ****.

I've found that with the RL mod, I only work hard on promoting the artists I actually care about irl, that's why Rihanna, Beyonce and Gaga are so huge in the game.

No. When I started my game, I couldn't figure out what to set mine at to make it more realistic so I left it. It would be fun to start a new game with 2015 sales, because my game seems to be more like 1998-2000.

Do you guys use the music video feature in your game? I've used it for a few artists randomly, but I didn't notice much of a difference in terms of success?

It would be cool if the new game included streaming in the charts.

I play like 5 different games at the same time but I started the most recent one like 2 days ago, it's an Indie label I started up with 1% reputation and 10m$ and then I signed just a few pretty much unknown artists, aside from Vampire Weekend, who are working on their in game debut album. I already managed to make one fo the indie acts, Polyenso, go number #1 on the album chart (second album) and have the 4th single off that album go #1 as well. I just started their new era and they already have 1 #1 single and a Top 10 single. They finish recording soon. I also searched for a new act, a Pop girl, which I want to start from the ground up. She's 19 and I called her act 'Blondie' (named after the band obviously) and I have her working with Gaga and RedOne on writing and producing her debut album, which will be very inspired by the campy 'The Fame' songs. I'm also trying to get Charli XCX to sign with me so I can recreate True Romance and then change the rest of her career on wards.
For this game I changed the economy system, lowering loads of stuff and sales are pretty low (even if they are still huge compared to real life's). I'm in March 2016 right now and the highest selling act is Britney with 30m+ which by now usually is at like 70m+ in other games.


The game Ive been playing the longest with is one I did with Parlophone, which I started back in July. I did Kylie's whole discography (changing some stuff, mixing albums together sometimes too, removing filelrs from some etc.) up to Body Language however she retired after that era. I also had Lana, Rihanna, Ariana and others signed (after their contracts ended with other labels). I think I must have played like 15-20 in game years, I'm not sure I'll check again later.

I also have one with Interscope records, where I'm re-doing Gaga's Discography and Selena's.

I do use it normally but it doesn't affect the success directly, but indirectly. I think it helps boost the reputation in of the act ww which itself will help the releases sell a bit better. But again I'm not sure. And apparently MWE will have a streaming chart/feature.

Serena Moon - Blue Moon- Era~

Leaving her country roots behind Serena has ventured into the realm of Pop Rock, completely reinventing her look and sound. Coming off of her best selling album "Moonlight" which sold 8.2mil copies WW and Three Worldwide topping singles she immediately started to record her new album "Blue Moon". Producing the album will be Max Martin, Dr. Luke and herself with all songs written by herself.

Serena finally was able to get into the studio with Global Superstar; Louise Priest and recorded a song together called "Cruel" which is set to be Serena's lead single off her highly anticipated album "Blue Moon.

Louise released Deity as her 2nd single from Deification, it's her first single to debut @ #1 in the US in years (she's always debuted Top 3 and climbed up) :wow: it bumped her popularity to 100%, and she's got her rep up to 87% in Japan and it'll prolly go higher after she does a few festival dates. The second leg of the DEITY World Tour starts in Feb. with a revamped setlist (Leg 1 only had songs from DEIFICATION, Leg 2 is going to incorporate past hits, Leg 3 will combine Leg 1 setlist with her GH setlist). I've figured out that even if critics love your setlist at first, they get bored with it and it can hurt the response after more than 3 or 4 months, so it's good to change it up often enough to keep the praise.
