My trainer is big on a thing called "zuu" which is like Animal-based movement exercises which we do as warm-ups, and then we do sets of the leg press, seated horizontal grip chest press, leg curls, wide grip lat pulldowns and military presses mainly. But I've only had one proper session with him, so it may change next week.
Anyway - avocadoes are luckily cheap right now, but the season is almost over and by then I'll definitely be ditching them. They get to like $4-5 NZD each which is NOT the tea, especially when a jar of luxury peanut butter (like 100% peanuts) is $6-7.
Anyway day 3 of my meal plan and I'm already SICK of fish and chicken. May the LORDE guide me these next 10 weeks.
p.s. sauerkraut has turned out to be pretty good.
