If it's not a direct insult then sure. The word "cutter" is not necessarily an insult, you can even see it as a compliment cause you are cutting down the competition.
Don't feel bad. I got a WP in thread where someone went off topic. I reported them. He then deleted the post I reported.... he proceeded to start ranting about how people who don't like Bieber shouldn't be able to post in his thread.....then reported ME for a post that 80% of the people in the thread were quoting/agreeing with and was just my completely honest opinion.
Guess which one of our WP's stuck.
You only get WP's overturned if you know/are liked by the mods TBH.
