There's no rule about it but songs generally don't appear without a video unless it's clear they're not gonna get one (We Remain, Young Girls, The Days)

I do like them a lot though. Everybody Talks is probably my favorite overall (I'm basic lol) but Love in the 21st Century is my fave on their last album.
