What we all should remember is that hits on the level of PF/BR are few and far between in a popstars career, and whilst Gaga may be an incredibly talented songwriter...it's a huge ask to write those kind of pop classics on demand. She's done a fantastic job to deliver the consistent high level that she has so far.
What she should remember is that there's absolutely no shame in collaborating. It's a saying in my industry that when two creatives collaborate, the third person they make together is often infinitely more talented than either would be alone. Same applies to Gaga. She needs people to bring the best out of her, challenge her and guide her. She's not going to reap the best rewards with semi-mainstream DJs who have no/little pop experience.
I think she's probably exhausted RedOne. She should work with people who'll provide a fresh take.
I still love ARTPOP tho.
She better Stan for the queen.
