I'm actually surprise Nothing's is Promised is doing well without any type of iTunes banner at all. It's hot tracks placement isn't even noticeable unless you really look. The first time I heard such song exists was the day before it came out and I instantly loved it. On the other hand, I'm not surprise the Khaled song is doing well because I heard that song on my radio quite a bit yesterday.

I feel like anyone that asks this hasn't been paying attention to hip hop at all for the last 5 years honestly. Drake is versatile (sings AND raps), consistently made hits for 7 years has a 'relatable' persona, the ladies love him. And in the past year he's successfully made the pop crossover. He's doing big things.


Anyway, looks like For Free will soon give JT a run for his money. Especially with OVOsound radio tonight..

this has hung on really well. i'm happy for her, she's consistently made a lot of music i like

if kworb's predictions are right, sales seem to be doing a bit better than a few months ago. maybe they're decreasing overall (idk) but the top 15 have been doing better than before. (i guess memorial day might have increases sales, but this was true of the past 4 or so weeks too) it might just be because we have more big hits right now than we did then, but it's still nice.
