To All Lady Gaga Fans:

In the past few weeks, several Lady Gaga fans have complained about other Lady Gaga fans bringing shame to the rest of the group, which is why establishing the Monster Code of Conduct seems necessary. The rules for the Monster HQ are as follows and apply beginning today (January 16, 2011):

• Members of the Monster HQ are to stan for Gaga and drag inferior pop stars with class. That is, in SYG only and in a manner that is not to shame other Gaga fans.
• Members of the Monster HQ are to respect other Gaga stans at all times, especially stans they are lessor to.
• Members of the Monster HQ are expected to always keep it cute, whether stanning for Gaga or performing any other activity on ATRL. When one Gaga stan behaves poorly, all Gaga stans collectively gain a bad rep.
• Members of the Monster HQ are to adhere to this Monster Code of Conduct at all times; failure to do so may lead to suspension or expulsion from the Monster HQ.
• The admins of the Monster HQ reserve the right to add, delete, or otherwise alter any of these rules if need be.

Hey now. I happen to be from that miserable state! I was at the show but didn't take picture; I'd always rather enjoy the show than bother with a camera. I think the reason for a lack of HQ pictures & videos is that it was like 99% casual fans at that show; very few stans. I actually had to teach the monster claw to the people I was standing with.

Btw - it's the same wig she wore in Virginia for The Fame Ball, but dyed yellow, of course.
