Yes but there are a lot of black voters (and millennials) who only turned out for Obama and went MIA when it came time for mid-terms and may not show up this year.

Ah ok this makes sense. The Obamas better hit that campaign home stretch HARD then. At least Trump has like 97% unfavorability with black voters nn
If you ask 1000 black people who they would vote for, 90% would say Hil. But will those people actually show up?
Don't black people have historically have high turnout compared to Hispanic & Asian folks? And similar level to whites? They'll show up for her, especially black women.
Still have the sinking feeling that something is going to drastically change things, and that Trump will pull ahead in the polls and win. Idk why, I'm just worried that history is inevitable.... Haven't 2 terms of a Dem always been followed by a Republican term? Also, Trump is going to win Ohio--doesn't that usually determine who will win the election? Still quite nervous.

Democrats don't need Ohio anymore. Republicans on the other hand have never won an election without it.
Obama could have lost both Ohio and Florida in 2012 and still won. VA, PA, and CO becoming reliably blue have made states like OH and FL mere bonus states for democrats to win.
Numbers are down for Dem ballot requests in Iowa, but not as abysmal as GOP requests, the first debate helped Dems a bit. Here for a Hillary soundbite making everyone's night and helping snatch those shy Dems.
From this late August survey, they voted 66-23 in favor of Clinton. I can't imagine there was anything last month that would have driven them towards Trump...
