Seba's last slot won't confirm for me

It shows it's available and it's Vivillon, but no matter how many times I go into his Safari and see/battle it, it still shows up as a grey PokeBall.

Still on my quest to fill my Safari dex with all Pokemon's HA's unlocked, and so far I've only got Dragon and Ground completely covered.

Safari's where I'm only missing one or two:
Grass: Swadloon (It's in Kemal's FS, but his third isn't unlocked yet)
Ghost: Drifblim & Golurk
Fairy: Togepi & Swirlix
Electric: Stunfisk
Normal: Dunsparce & Loudred

If I can just get these, I'll have 7 types fully covered

Anyway, I think i need to change team. It's going to take so long to breed all over again.

My team sucks so bad with Battle Spot 3 vs 3 battle.

It works flawlessly on showdown.

You just need to beat the Elite Four for your third slot to become officially unlocked. However, it won't become available for your friends until you are both online at some point. You don't ever have to interact with them in any sort of way, just be online at the same time. Parks had his third unlocked for awhile, but I never got to see the new little grey PokeBall symbol in his last slot since I was never connected when he was (or vice versa) until recently.
