I doubt they'll up it. And B wouldnt take it if they offered less. I mean this season is more or less the same in ranks. A little bit less in Demo. They spent more in salaries though.
In the end we have no idea about these shows finances. Maybe they are still winning a lot of money.
especially when Pepsi is a sponsor. The Pepsi deal probably paid for Brits paycheck tbh.
Plus it takes a couple of seasons for these kind of shows to hit American Idol season 4/5 numbers. It took The Voice a couple seasons to get where they are.
#1 for the timeslot and being #2 for the night almost every week is not a flop at all.
