TS3: Island Paradise seems more like a Stuff Pack rather than an Expansion Pack.

It's honestly the best EP. I HATED TS2 Uni, but this is so ****ing awesome.

Got Sims City but its getting alot of bad reviews for bad server + you have to connected to an internet. Still looks fun so hopefully things work it self out before my Spring Break XP

Is there a reason they're chucking out expansion/stuff packs so quickly? It's so rushed. Not to be shady, but it genuinely reminds me of Rihanna releasing albums yearly. It's all so rushed.
Are they planning on ending the series and just throwing everything into it or something?
I have all the Expansion/Stuff packs for TS3, minus that Katy Perry ****. I didn't play TS or TS2, but I just prefer playing what I have right now.
I'm not sure if I want to download The Sims 3: Island Paradise when it comes out, if the stuff about merpeople is true, and I doubt I'd get the one that has time travel or whatever later this year. I prefer to keep the game realistic, though I can live with Vampires. I didn't really want to get Supernatural, but there were some things I needed for it.

They used that formula that worked perfectly at first, one EP then wait, and one SP. Then once Katy Perry and Diesel both had close releases and were both SP's that ruined everything.
I think they really tryna milk TS3 of what's left since it's been almost 3 years left.
I want the new SimCity so bad it's so annoying that it requires an internet connection though. That makes it incredibly hard to make a cracked version. I'm going to buy it when the Mac version comes out but I wanted to play it on Windows (via Boot Camp) with a cracked version. EA
