I don't think so. I think the whole story is overblown anyway. After that article in March we've heard nothing about it, other than this May article that it was delayed indefinitely.
And again, the ISPs themselves are not going through logs of your downloading activity. You have to be accused by third parties.

In The Spotlight, NAKED and YEAH-OH are the highlights of Uncontrolled. I like the album as a whole too though, except for the ballads. They do nothing for me.
