You do know that SM is synonymous of slave contracts (still using them on some acts, hey Wu Yi Fan), breaking the nose of some other acts because they made mistakes during practice and other evilish things. SM is no angel.
They basically tried to destroy Shinwha up until 2014 SM (and Jun Media) were still filling lawsuit against Shinwha.
SM filled 13 lawsuit against Luhan, TAO and Kris even when they tried to buy back their contracts.
SM blocked JYJ of performing on music shows or even having their MV being released on tv for so many years.
SM used to beat the **** out of TVXQ.
And let's not even talk about BoA first surgeries when she was still underage.

Whilst all of this is true I do think SM has changed in the last two years They've shown a lot of support for all their acts, they've done a lot of solo projects some of which were guaranteed flops, & they've done stuff like finally giving f(x) a tour & a fan name.
