Even if the stations have the song, they will likely not leak it. Jive more than likely watermarked the track so it could be traced back to the station who leaked it.
I doubt any station in the country has the single tbh. Labels distribute music digitally (watermarked audio files) nowadays so they don't have to send physical copies of the singles "In advance"... they can simply send it out on the day it's supposed to be premiered to avoid unwanted leaks.
