IMO I really think ARTPOP got rejected because of the lukewarm success of Applause. I just think the initial action was to release whatever because "it's Lady Freaking Gaga." Now that she is getting demolished from every corner, maybe there was interest to make ARTPOP more interesting!
That's just my take, but then again who am I
Artists are perfectionists, they're always changing stuff last minute.
She just needs a stronger single than Applause. That's why this era feels less full atm.

There isn't going to be a volume 2. Never has been.

That looks pretty good! Could you make a version where the only difference is the ARTPOP text is coloured though? I think it'd look so much better without that white.
