Season 3 ATLA > LOK Season 1 > Season 2 ATLA > Season 1 ATLA
If this season finale of LOK wasn't as rushed even though I know it had to be, it would've been on par with Season 3 of ATLA.
Season 3 ATLA > Season 1 ATLA > LOK Season 1 = Season 2 ATLA
I love them all for different reasons. Season 3 of ATLA was obviously the best, no questions asked. Season 1 for ATLA is a personal favorite because it introduced me to all of the lovely characters of Avatar that made me fall in love with the show. LOK Season 1 is on par with Season 2 of ATLA because of that finale and no filler. Season 2 is also great because we got Toph. IMO we had no bad season really
You know how in Avatar they sometimes did a little break between episodes. Like from June-August there would be no shows, then it would return in September mid-season?
So..........In the last episode before that break, we see the back of an older woman. She's in some kind of mental senior citizen home. We don't see her face (but we know dam well who she is). The nurse water bender asks the unknown woman if she wants some tea. The woman drinks the tea, then FIRE SPREADS FROM HER MOUTH. She burns a hole in the highly gated mental ward, then she breaks loose.
In the last scene, we see ONLY HER EYES, and hear her laugh. IT IS AZULA
-She has long grey hair
-She's still skinny
-She just has more wrinkles, but still looks the same
-Katara is mad because she looks old and Azula mantained her youthful beauty!

Okay, if Bolin doesn't serve next season I'm dropping his ass for Mako. I'm not here for lack luster bending, cheap Sokka throw away punch lines, and spending more time being knocked out by electrocution than fighting.
We have that same problem for the end of ATLA. They always find a way though
