Fire-Fighting
Electric
Water-Psychic
Ghost-Poison
Ground-Ice
Grass-Flying
So flawless.
Is it really wise to use Raichu as your elctric type pokemon? I mean its defense stats is in the pits and it coudn't handle any strong physical attacks.
I presume you quoted the wrong post? My Jumpluff's other moves are: Synthesis, Solarbeam and Tackle. I will change Tackle for Mega Drain as soon as it hits Level 44.
Did I?
Sorry! Yes mega drain is the wise choice. I am impressed by your choice. I haven't tried using a plant-like pokemon as my grass type pokemon. I usually use the starting ones and if I chose the other type starting pokemon I usually don't have grass on my team.
Edit: You're still using tackle??
Edit2: Oh yes I forgot Giga Drain.
Crazy, right? Well it is the only damaging move it knows from the start up until Mega Drain at Level 44. The combination of Sleep Powder and Tackle is still quite effective. The TM Solarbeam can only be found on Route 27. Hyper Beam not until you visit the Celedon Game Corner and Giga Drain not until you defeat Erika, Celedon City's Gym Leader. Which means Tackle is pretty much a vital move to keep if you want your Jumpluff to do any damage.

IMO Leech Seed is more useful than Synthesis, it does damage like Poison + you get more hp from it every turn. I'd also replace tackle for Sunny Day, since it lets Solar Beam attack every turn, instead of 2.
+ why would you use Mega Drain instead of Giga Drain? IIRC you get it from the Celadon City Gym, give it a few PP Up's and you should be alright.
So I'd do it like this:
Leech Seed/Synthesis/Giga Drain
Sleep Powder/Poison Powder
Solar Beam
Sunny Day

Ccan't you use any TMs that would teach him a stronger physical attack moves?

because I love them both and they're both allowed in a team because they're not the same pokemon
they're my faves
and of course @ eviolite
Oh I see then. If you decide to use the team competitively (since youre EV training and all), I suggest you alternate the krows. You might want a bulky water like vaporeon or milotic just a suggestion
edit: but oh @ you using cloyster. Maybe swampert would be better for you.

having two of a type makes me uneasy (exception for krows of course)
i think i just need fighting and rock resistance
