I didn't know that 1 mio from 1.4 mio is a "little" part.

Cause according to RIAA, Anti is platinum in the US and according to RIAA you need to sell 1 mio copies to get a platinum certification.

Even so, why would people pay for something that is so easily accessible? the album was a ****ing mp3 download that i could email to anyone. People are still streaming and still buying so keep hating

Kendrick's album doesn't make that statement any less or any more valid. It's literally irrelevant cause it's not a real album.


People are making a big fuss because Work might be #1 this week on both Hot 100 and BB200. If it were selling this poorly and were placed at #5 or whatever on the BB200 nobody would care.

That's simply because Samsung bought the copies in the US but they were gifted on a worldwide scale, not just in the States.

Anyway, I wouldn't have a problem with it if the 95% of ANTI's SPS weekly points didn't come from a single song. I was against the Furious 7 soundtrack, Uptown Special, Omi's album and similar situations where albums got undeservedly these high positions that didn't actually represent the album, as a whole, popularity in the country.
